April's Artfest Coming up Soon

In just a few weeks our humble little shop is playing host to a Benefit Dinner of sorts to raise money for Avon's Breast Cancer Awareness, all on Lancaster's monumentous First Friday, and April's gunna be a doozy of a First Friday let me tell you.

Spreading the Word

I just started this amazing job at this amazing store, and now I get to share with people my amazing experiences, and on top of that get paid! How crazy is that. Crazy, I know, but I think this will be awesome. Hidden Treasures, right in the heart of Downtown Lancaster. Mark my words, this place is going to be big. Well actually it already is, but I mean in being a social hotspot, not just in size.

I work with a huge variety of people, all locals who just want to make a place for themselves to make a little money, meet some new people, and share pieces of their lives with the world around them. The picture above you can see one such person, with her own little corner of the huge store, set up with children's toys and kids apparel and hats, tons of hats of all fun and variety. Joce's hat's and designs are just another one of those local flavors you only get in a town like Lancaster.

What's most fun about her though is just picking up a conversation, which is honestly the best part of the job. It's like... have you ever met a person who's just so personable that you'd want to give em a hug just because of their sweetness? Yeah, that kind of person.

Anyway, ya'll have a fine day, and try to find some treasures hidden in your own lives.
